Vuko J. Voyich

Vuko is one of the founding partners of Anderson & Voyich, Attorneys at Law, PLLC.  He is a native Montanan, who attended undergraduate school in Bozeman, then received his law degree from the University of Montana. He was admitted to practice law in Montana in 1994, and has been a partner with Anderson & Voyich since 1995.


Vuko’s practice touches on virtually all aspects of general civil litigation.  He emphasizes, however, working in property disputes and landowner rights, including easements and water rights, and real estate transactional matters.  Vuko’s practice further includes construction disputes, Wills and estates, and general civil litigation defense/plaintiff’s representation; as well as, family law matters.
           

Vuko is certified in Collaborative Law, and has met the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals’ training standards for collaborative lawyers. Vuko is also a highly experienced mediator.  He has been a  mediator since 1996, and has since performed over 800 mediations, encompassing all areas of civil litigation, including domestic relation issues.

Kellie A. Voyich

Kellie is one of the founding partners of Anderson & Voyich, Attorneys at Law, PLLC.  She is a native Montanan, who attended undergraduate school in Oregon, then received her law degree from the University of Montana. She was admitted to practice law in Montana in 1994, and has been a partner with Anderson & Voyich since 1995.


Kellie’s practice touches on virtually all aspects of general civil litigation.  She emphasizes, however, working with family and domestic relations matters, and has represented husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, and grandparents in such issues; as well as, assisted in many successful adoptions.  For the past 20 years, she has routinely served in the role as a child advocate through her appointments as a guardian ad litem and/or parenting evaluator, making recommendations related to the best interests of children.


Kellie is certified in Collaborative Law, and has met the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals’ training standards for collaborative lawyers.Kellie is also a highly experienced family law mediator.  She received training as a mediator in 1994 and has since conducted over 1,400 mediations in this field.
