Anderson & Voyich offers services in civil litigation, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law work. Our attorneys strive to find out-of-court resolution whenever possible and remain one of Montana’s early legal firms certified in Collaborative Law and Arbitration. The practice is able to offer a wide range of legal services including: family and domestic relations, which encompasses parenting, adoptions, divorce, and child support; property disputes and landowner rights, including easements and water rights; real estate transactional assistance; contracts and business related issues; construction and building disputes; wills and estate planning, including probate; and general civil litigation, both defendant and plaintiff representation.

Meet Kellie


After working with over 2,000 families (and counting), Kellie A. Voyich has been a part of virtually every aspect of domestic relations issues. She has served as an administrative law judge, a child guardian ad litem, collaborative counsel, and a mediator. Kellie has worked on hundreds of child advocacy cases and conducted over 2,000 mediations. She deeply understands the relational dynamics which are a part of family and couple’s issues. Her practice emphasizes finding a beneficial path forward, keeping in mind long-term relationships and financial goals.

Kellie is certified in Collaborative Law and has fulfilled the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals’ training standards for collaborative lawyers. She has also been trained in family law arbitration, which was formally adopted in Montana in 2021. Kellie is a highly experienced family law mediator. She received her certification as a mediator in 1994 and has since conducted over 2,000 mediations. Kellie has also presented on family law topics at State and national seminars.

Kellie is a founding partner of Anderson & Voyich, Attorneys at Law, PLLC. She is a native Montanan, who attended undergraduate school in Oregon and received her law degree from the University of Montana. Kellie was admitted to practice law in Montana in 1994, is admitted to practice before the Federal Courts, and has been a partner with Anderson & Voyich since 1995.

Meet Vuko


Over the past 25+ years, Vuko J. Voyich has represented a myriad of clients, encompassing Montana ranchers, Home Owner’s Associations, land owners (buyers and sellers), business people, financial institutions, hospitals, and domestic relations parties.

Growing up on a family ranch in the Paradise Valley, Vuko brings personal knowledge of agriculture, water rights, and land use as part of his civil litigation practice. Vuko’s practice touches on virtually all aspects of general civil litigation with special expertise in real estate law. He emphasizes, however, working on property disputes and landowner rights, including easements and water rights, and real estate transactional matters. Vuko’s practice further includes construction disputes, wills and estates, business contracts and formation, boundary and property disputes, and general civil litigation defense/plaintiff’s representation; as well as, family law matters. 

 
 

“Growing up on a ranch, in small town Montana, taught me the value of hard work and resiliency, which has been invaluable to me in the practice of law. I still live and ranch on the property my grandparents started. He was admitted to practice law in Montana in 1994, admitted to practice in the Federal court system, and has been a partner with Anderson & Voyich since 1995.

 

Kellie and Vuko Voyich met on their first day of law school at the University of Montana. After graduation, they went on to practice in Bozeman and Helena before founding their practice in downtown Livingston in 1995. Today, the offices of Anderson & Voyich have served families and individuals throughout the state, conducting over 3,000 mediations and representing a myriad of clients. Anderson & Voyich, Attorneys at Law, is a family firm and remains one of the most experienced dispute resolution practices in the state.
